2.What kind of work can I expect to be doing the first year?

    Terrell,
    I suggest you look at your coursemates blogs. As you have not done 2/3 of the basic requirements for the assignment.
    In terms of your questions, why do you think the interview would ask the person being interviewed what the ideal candidate for their job is?
